and dragged one of them for more than 2 miles to dorchester. fox25 jessica reyes live at the intersection of mass ave and columbia road and, jess, this is just horrific story. got? new details about the victims. >> jessica: yeah, absolutely heartbreaking. we understand there were two of them. man and woman and woman reportedly dragged all the way from chinatown, here to dorchester. we did just get an update from the suffolk d.a.'s office a short time ago, and spokesperson for the d.a. says short time ago both victims were still alive. take a look, video from chinatown where they were first -- this is the kneeland street and harrison in chinatown apparently they were working together and man also hit, he was taken to the hospital though and police are describing as nonlife-threatening. earlier this morning sky fox was over the scene here in dorchester.
called here around 2:00 for a woman het by a car. when they got here they determined she was, in fact, the chinatown victim. she had what state police are calling severe traumatic injuries. taken to the hospital and again, this developed minutes ago and spokesperson with the suffolk d.a. office says that both victims are still alive this morning. boston and state police were at the columbia road in dorchester from about two until 8:00 this morning for about six hours processing evidence and less than' mile from 90 -- less than half mile from 93 and state police believed that is the way the suspect may have taken to get here. now, taking look back out live at the scene, columbia road had been closed and six hours and back open here this morning and we understand suspect is going to be arraigned at boston municipal court in a couple of hours and crew in the courtroom as this is happening. much more tonight and fox25 news
live in dorchester, i'm jessica reyes, fox25 news. >> sara: >> daniel: also breaking this morning ongoing investigation? roxbury where three-year-old has been rushed to the hospital. boston police tell fox25 the child was taken from a home on alpine street. the injuries were described to us last night as traumatic. crew was there overnight as investigators collected evidence from the house. the child was taken to boston medical center. right now there's no word on the child's condition. >> julie: today primary season officially kicks off with the iowa caucuses when while we have unseasonably warm weather blizzard could affect the caucus and candidates are making a final push. >> bair: who has the edge in the presidential race tonight we should finally know when the caucuses begin and candidate
most of them are spread across the state with town hall meetings and chris christie getting started first at 7:30 and rest will follow suit and caucuses start at 7:00 tonight, local 8:00 in boston and party officials tell me they think they will start to have some results within two hours of everything starting tonight. volunteers for the campaigns are also making last minute calls to residents here urging them to show up at caucus precinct and be part of the process. but there's also a big wild card to all of this. there's a storm approaching this way, big winter storm. there's already a blizzard watch for the area, and i have been talking with our meteorologist back in boston, and they believe the timing of the storm will start after the caucuses start tonight and they are really banking on that and worried the storm moves at all and speeds up, it could impact the voter turnout. 120,000 people showed up for the caucuses four years ago. the governor here is expecting 150,000 people to show up tonight.

whitey bulger bulger expected to plead guilty this week. she is currently serving eight year sentence for hiding bulger during the 16 years he was on the lam. bulger serving a live sentence for multiple crimes including murder. greig's change-of-plea hearing is scheduled for wednesday. we are also learning whitey bulger might not be a fan of the latest movie about his life. memorabilia dealer in l.a. tells website page six bought photos from man that knew bulger in prison. some are photos of johnny depp who played bulger. we haven't seen the photos but bulger wrote his thoughts on them. one says it is, quote, pure fiction. >> julie: comedian bill cosby trying to get his sexual charges against him dismissed and throw out aggravated indecent assault charge against him. his accuser he says was romantic from the start. she says he was only a mentor
